Yoga Programs
For reference only
Yoga has the potential to bring us into a greater sense of ease, embodiment, and connection with both plant and human communities. We offer workshops and trainings which provide students the opportunity to explore a yoga practice grounded in nature, deeply rooted in tradition while embracing innovation.

At Hawthorn, we teach a blend of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga, meditation, experiential anatomy, and yoga energetics. We believe yoga can be for every body, regardless of body type, physical limitations, identity or background and we strive to make the Hawthorn classroom a body-positive, inclusive space.

I feel very blessed to have found this training. This training reactivated my yoga journey and has inspired me to teach and practice yoga with more determination than ever. Cyd and Cassidy, a dynamic duo, brought two large tool belts full of over 15 years of wisdom. They weaved their experiences and styles together beautifully. This training was comprehensive and concise and gives me the confidence to teach and practice more yoga.

Cyd and Cassidy are highly knowledgeable and compassionate teachers that offer great constructive feedback. I appreciated how they made sure to include guest teachers and how thoroughly they would explain anything we had questions on, while still giving ample time to practice our teaching skills. I finished the program feeling confident in my journey and am grateful for all that they offered.
